Bikram Yoga, 90 minutes

This is the traditional Bikram Yoga series consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing. The class is designed to work your entire body. Every muscle, bone, tissue, tendon and cell are attended to. The room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity to ensure a safe deep stretch and a good sweat. This is a beginner friendly class.

Power Hour 60 minutes

This class is a condensed version of the 90min Bikram Yoga class. You will practice all 26 postures and both breathing exercises from the original hot yoga series. Don't let the "power" in Power Hour intimidate you - this class is challenging yet accessible for all levels.

Inferno Hot Pilates, 60 minutes

IHP is a chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact, high-inten­sity work­out, using Pilates prin­ci­ples. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees. Designed for all fit­ness lev­els, it tones and strengthens mus­cles with­out the pound­ing of a high impact workout. Set to upbeat music, IHP is energizing, fun and exhileratring. Our hot Pilates class is the perfect compliment to a hot yoga practice.

Hot Yogilates Flow, 60 minutes

This class will start and end with yoga to safely open up the body, while adding pilates exercises targeting different muscle group throughout the class.  Pilates is a low impact exercise comprising controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health.  This is set to upbeat Brazilian/Latin music.  

Yin Yoga, 75 minutes

Yin yoga focuses on relaxation and stress reduction for the body and mind. Postures are held for extended periods of time to achieve a deeper stretch in connective tissues. Most postures are practiced seated and are suitable for all levels of practitioners. Class will close with a guided meditation. The heat is not on for this class, however, our yoga room is always warm (around 80 degrees).

26&2+, 90 minutes

This class is the traditional 26&2 Bikram sequence, with a twist. The class is set to music and the second set of each posture is subbed out for a different but related variation of each posture. Variations are optional, feel free to practice as usual. 26&2+ is suitable for all students.

Silent Bikram, 75 minutes

A candelit teacher led class set to music - no instruction. Familiarity with the Bikram sequence is reccomended, however, the teacher practices along with the students to maintain the timing and focus of the class.
