Bikram Yoga, 90 minutes

The authentic Bikram Yoga practice of 2 sets of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The room is heated to 102-105 degrees with 30-40 humidity. This style of yoga is appropriate for all levels and the sequencing of postures serves as a full body prescription – working every single joint, tendon, ligament, internal organ, and cell. When practiced regularly, you will enjoy greater flexibility, mobility, overall health and wellbeing.

Power Hour, 60 minutes

A condensed version of the authentic Bikram Yoga class. Same heat, same postures. The class moves with a faster tempo and some postures flow together. Power hour is great for those operating on a tight schedule and is a great supplement to other workout routines.

Inferno Hot Pilates, 60 minutes

IHP is a chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact, high-inten­sity work­out, using Pilates prin­ci­ples. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees. It is designed for all fit­ness lev­els, tones and strengthens mus­cles with­out the pound­ing of a high impact workout. Set to fast-paced music, IHP is energizing, fun and in the end, thoroughly exhausting. Hot pilates is the perfect compliment to a hot yoga practice.

Yin Yoga, 60 minutes

Yin yoga focuses on total relaxation. In this class, postures are held for extended periods of time to achieve deep stretching in connective tissues. Most postures are practiced seated. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. For Yin the heat is not on, however, our yoga room is always warm from the previous class (around 80 degrees).

26&2+, 90 minutes

The traditional Bikram sequence, with a twist. The class is set to music and the second set of each posture is subbed out for a different but related variation of each posture. Variations are optional, feel free to practice as usual. 26&2+ is suitable for students with Bikram Yoga experience.

Yoga + Pilates Flow, 60 minutes

A playful and flowing fusion of our practices, set to music that inspires deep focus and calm. We put our strength from pilates and flexibility from yoga on display and flow. A regular yoga and pilates practice is required for this class.

Silent Bikram, 90 minutes

A candelit teacher led class set to music - no instruction. Familiarity with the Bikram sequence is required, however, the teacher practices along with the students to maintain the timing and focus of the class.
