Bikram Yoga, 90 minutes

This is the traditional Bikram Yoga series consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing. The class is designed to work your entire body. Every muscle, bone, tissue, tendon and cell are attended to. The room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity to ensure a safe deep stretch and a good sweat. This is a beginner friendly class.

 

Power Hour 60 minutes

This class is a condensed version of the 90min Bikram Yoga class. You will practice all 26 postures and both breathing exercises from the original hot yoga series. Don't let the "power" in Power Hour intimidate you - this class is challenging yet accessible for all levels.

POWER HOUR +

In this 60 minute Bikram SERIES hot yoga class, the teacher will instruct and lead the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, 2 sets of each, set to music. This upbeat flow is sure to wake you up! All levels welcome.

Inferno Hot Pilates, 60 minutes

IHP is a chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact, high-inten­sity work­out, using Pilates prin­ci­ples. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees. Designed for all fit­ness lev­els, it tones and strengthens mus­cles with­out the pound­ing of a high impact workout. Set to upbeat music, IHP is energizing, fun and exhileratring. Our hot Pilates class is the perfect compliment to a hot yoga practice.

 

Hot Yogilates Flow, 60 minutes

This class will start and end with yoga to safely open up the body, while adding pilates exercises targeting different muscle groups throughout the class.  Pilates is a low impact exercise comprising controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health.  This is set to upbeat Brazilian/Latin music.  

 

Yin w/ Yoga Nidra Meditation, 75 minutes

All are welcome for this slow-paced meditative practice. Wear comfortable clothing for a warm room (about 80◦). We start by settling into the warm candlelight room, finding relaxation with soulful, inspiring music. We’ll sit or lie down to begin, focusing on breath and mindset as we open the main meridians (Qi energy channels). Music will shift to fostering a deep connection to your body as poses are held passively for 3 - 10 minutes. As your muscles surrender the deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints and fascia will receive the intended benefits. During your stillness, you will regulate your nervous system, melt away tension and unwind. When we reach relaxation, we slowly drift into a guided meditation and then close with “Shavasana” , a dedicated period of stillness to aid in eliminating energy blockages. With regular practice, you’ll enjoy greater flexibility, improve range of motion, reduce aches, improved sleep, and a renewed sense of vitality. A core principle in LJ’s class is a strong mind is more important than a strong body, come and practice why. Sunday evenings are especially rejuvenating, your perfect reset for the week ahead.

 

26&2+, 90 minutes

This class is the traditional 26&2 Bikram sequence, with a twist. The class is set to music and the second set of each posture is subbed out for a different but related variation of each posture. Variations are optional, feel free to practice as usual. 26&2+ is suitable for all students.

 

Silent Bikram, 75 minutes

A candelit teacher led class set to music - no instruction. Familiarity with the Bikram sequence is reccomended, however, the teacher practices along with the students to maintain the timing and focus of the class.

 

Yin Yoga Nidra

All are welcome to this slow, meditative practice in a warm, candlelit room (~80°), guided by LJ. We begin with breath and relaxation, then move into long-held, passive poses (3–10 minutes) to release tension and support deep tissues. You’ll calm your nervous system, unwind, and finish with guided meditation and Shavasana. Rooted in LJ’s belief that a strong mind matters more than a strong body, this class leaves you feeling restored. Sunday evenings are the perfect reset for the week ahead.
