Memberships
The limited and unlimited monthly memberships are a minimum 3 month commitment and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the initial 3 months have been completed.
The annual membership options cannot be cancelled until the year contract is complete.

All sale are final. HYR does not offer extensions, transfers, or refunds. Please read all of our policies before booking:
Affordability:
We don’t want cost to prohibit anyone from being able to be a part of our community. If affordability is an issue, apply for our work/study program.
PRIVATE PARTIES & EVENTS
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Class reservations/ Cancellations/ No Shows - If you are unable to make it to your reserved class and you do not cancel 1 hour prior to the start of class, you will incur a $10 fee. Drop-ins, class card holders and “limited members” will lose a class in addition to the fee.
Waitlisted students - waitlisted students can be added to a class up until 1 hour prior to class starting. If you can no longer attend a class, remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid a penalty. You have the option to show up for a class and see if there are no-shows or last-minute cancellations; waitlisted students will always be given priority over walk-ins in the order that they are registered for class.
