Payment and Cancellation Policy

• A $700 deposit paid to HYR is required to reserve your space

• In order to receive the double occupancy rate, 2 paying participants must be in the room. If you do not have a roommate booking with you, Pura Vida will try to match you with another person seeking a roommate, however this is not guaranteed. If it is not possible to find you a roommate, you will be responsible for paying the single occupancy rate

• 40% of your total balance is due no later than May 5th, 2023

• Any remaining balance is due no later than June 5th, 2023

• Participants who cancel before May 5th, 2023 receive a full refund less a $350 cancellation fee

• Those who cancel between May 6th and June 4th, 2023 receive a full refund less a $425 cancellation fee

• Participants who cancel within 60 days of arrival forfeit all monies deposited
