Retreat Schedule:

***The purpose of this retreat is to recharge your batteries! We truly want the weekend to feel like a reset. So although we have each day planned out, every activity is optional.***

Friday August 20th

3pm check-in begins

4pm - 5:30pm Bikram Yoga with Rachel

6:30pm dinner

7:30pm free time

Optional activities: Watch the sunset over the river, hot tub, read, rest.

Saturday August 21st

7am coffee, tea, and fruit

8:30am meditation with Stephanie

9am - 10:30am Bikram Yoga with Stephanie

11:30am brunch

12:30-4:30 free time

Optional activities: Relax by the pool, hike on one of the many trails, hot tub, get a massage, visit nearby Shepherdstown, WV.

5pm - 6:30pm Bikram+Yin with Rachel

(We will practice 1 set of each Bikram posture and focus on proper alignment for maximum benefit. After the Bikram sequence, we will practice seated and supine Yin postures to finish out the class.)

7pm dinner

8:00 pm bonfire

Sunday August 22nd

7am coffee, tea, and fruit

8:30am meditation with Rachel

9am - 10:30am Bikram Yoga with Stephanie

11am brunch

12pm departure
