February Instagram Challenge
For each of the the 28 days in February, we will focus on one of the 26 & 2 breathing postures and breathing exercises from the Bikram sequence.
How it works:
Every day, post a photo of yourself in the posture of the day (Day 1: Pranayama, Day 2 Half Moon Side Bend, Day 3 Half Moon Backbend, etc.). If don’t want to be on social media every single day, we get it, you can post a few postures at a time! With each photo, tag us and use the hashtags #Hotyogarichmond #HYRFebChallenge so we see the posts. At the end of the challenge, we will choose a winner who has posted all 26 & 2 to receive a free month of yoga!
