Relax, rest, and re-charge.

Come unwind with Megan for 2 hours of intentional relaxation to establish and support the mind-body connection. Our busy lives create a build up of residual energy that prevents us from feeling truly at ease. Relaxation is a powerful tool in reconnecting to your sense of self and aiding to combat the effects of stress on the body and mind. In this workshop you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation with the use of Yin and restorative yoga, Guided Meditation, aromatherapy and Reiki (hands on energetic healing). Megan will create a peaceful, healing environment that will leave you with a clear mind and an experiential understanding of how relaxation supports your well-being.

What to bring: a yoga mat, and anything else you might need to support your comfort - a blanket, pillow, and/or a bolster. Yoga blocks will be provided.
